1.  I plug in 4GB of memory into my P8SAA board but Windows XP only shows 3GB of memory. Everything works fine but why does Windows shows only 3GB of memory?

3. I am using the X8DTH-6F motherboard in SC825TQ-R720LPB chassis. The hard drive bays are connected to the onboard LSI 2008 SAS controller. I installed 8 drives in it, and I can see all 8 drives in RAID BIOS. However, the slot ID of two different hard drives is duplicated. That happens in every other drive. This prevents me from creating the RAID array using all 8 drives. How can I fix it? (02/06/2012)
4. I upgraded the firmware in AOC-USAS2LP-H8iR to the latest firmware posted in your FTP site. The upgrade was a success, however, after the reboot, the firmware can’t be initialized. I tried to re-flash the firmware again, but it complaints that no compatible device was found. I read an online article talking about the firmware recovery may help. 5. One of our 1U server's power supply seems to be about to die. The server has an X5 SCSI board with 3 hot-swap drive bays. The PWS-0036 in it is an EOL. Can I use the PWS-0037, instead? It’s listed with 2U form factor. (02/06/2012)
6. When I was flashing the IPMI firmware for X8DTT-IBXF from a remote server outside the data center, I got an error message “Cannot create IPMI session” or something similar. The command I used is: ./Yafuflash -full -force-boot -nw -ip -u -p .ima Is there any TCP/IP port still needs to be opened? (02/06/2012)
