13464	LAN 1 on my X7SPA-HF motherboard is connected to a switch on my LAN and serves as my LAN interface. However, LAN 2 is connected directly to my cablemodem and functions as my WAN interface. LAN 2 is being issued a static IP address over the WAN from my ISP. LAN 1 is giving out dynamic IP addresses within my home network. I am able to access the IPMI interface from any machine on my LAN. I forward the necessary ports on my firewall and attempt to access IPMI over internet, but I am unable to get to the IPMI web login screen.	01/13/2012
13311	I bought a new X7SPA-H Rev. 1.01. As soon as I switch on the power, there is a constant beep and the overheat LED is on. Based on the manual this means overheat. Since it immediately starts too beeps, even when everything is cold, what can it be? FYI: I tried a second power supply, with RAM or without, always the same beep. 13190	I enable Intel RAID mode in BIOS, X7SPA-HF motherboard will hang with blinking cursor. Won’t boot past the RAID BIOS. The only way to access the BIOS menu is clearing the CMOS settings. The BIOS version onboard is 1.2 release date is 09/14/11. Do you any fixed BIOS.	12/02/2011

3.	I am using the X8DTH-6F motherboard in SC825TQ-R720LPB chassis. The hard drive bays are connected to the onboard LSI 2008 SAS controller. I installed 8 drives in it, and I can see all 8 drives in RAID BIOS. However, the slot ID of two different hard drives is duplicated. That happens in every other drive. This prevents me from creating the RAID array using all 8 drives. How can I fix it? (02/06/2012)
4.	I upgraded the firmware in AOC-USAS2LP-H8iR to the latest firmware posted in your FTP site. The upgrade was a success, however, after the reboot, the firmware can’t be initialized. I tried to re-flash the firmware again, but it complaints that no compatible device was found. I read an online article talking about the firmware recovery may help. 5.	One of our 1U server's power supply seems to be about to die. The server has an X5 SCSI board with 3 hot-swap drive bays. The PWS-0036 in it is an EOL. Can I use the PWS-0037, instead? It’s listed with 2U form factor. (02/06/2012)
