Server Test Engineer (Job Code: SC13009)

    Production, assembly and manufacturing experience in computer and server industry with hands-on and product testing and debugging responsibility.  The position comes with responsibility of testing server products, monitoring the test output and its efficiency, and maintaining the SOP for test plan and test procedure, while support debugging of failed units for root cause investigation and feedback.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Testing of server products
  • Debugging and diagnose failed units, trouble shooting, repair and retest products
  • Maintain SOP and write up test plan for new products
  • Attend training and take over test procedure for testing customized products from end customers
  • Help in tracking performance and collecting data for defect review and process improvement
  • Participate in root cause analysis, formulating preventive and corrective action plans and their executions
  • Help providing technical training to technicians


  • Associate or equivalent of BS or higher. CS or EE preferred
  • Comprehension and writing English and Mandarin, a plus
  • College level mathematic skills, with computer skill, MS Office, and knowledgeable of Excel spreadsheet
  • College level reasoning ability, average to strong
  • Certificates, licenses, and registrations are considered a plus
