Sales Administrator (Job Code: SC13485)

    The Sales Administrator is the direct contact for all BV (Netherlands) and Europe Sales representatives, including processing orders, monitoring inventory, and following up on ETA with purchasers.  To be successful in this position the ideal candidate must have prior order processing experience and has worked effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment.  You must also be a fast learner and highly resourceful at getting the job done

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, pricing, etc. 
  • Working collaboratively with:
    • --Production department to obtain assembly order schedule
      --Accounting department to maintain order fulfillment for European customers
      --RMA staff to expedite any pending repair orders
      --Order administration to ensure orders are interpreted and entered correctly
  • Sending daily status reports to sales managers on back order status, ETA, etc
  • Assisting product marketing information shipments for email blast or other marketing activities to the BV office
  • Generating monthly written reports summarizing activities and progress against established objectives, including pending issues with action items

    Qualifications:

  • A.S. or B.S. degree
  • Minimum 2 years of order processing related experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

  • Able to sit for long periods of time
  • Able to input data into a computer and work with a computer screen for long periods of time
  • Occasional bending and standing
  • Standing, walking, sitting, talking/listening, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms
  • Lift, carry, push and pull in excess of 15 pounds
