Engineering Administrator (Job Code: SC13563)

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • PC/Server Chassis products related documents and data base creation and maintenance.
  • Input and maintain multi-level product documentation structures and BOMs in the document control system.
  • Implement product documentation, change and revision control, and ECOs in engineering database systems.
  • Retrieve, open and achieve all documents under documentation control including mechanical drawings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on part numbers, drawings, ECO, BOM and product release. 
  • Gather component specifications for part numbers and establish searchable database.
  • Implement and update new information into appropriate web pages and data base systems.
  • Assist in the daily operation of the department.
  • To coordinate, monitor and control of all works related to project documentation.
  • To ensure all documents are processed and recorded in accordance with company's standard.


  • Attention to detail, self-motivated & ability to do highly accurate work consistently.
  • Must be able to manage a number of tasks simultaneously
  • Familiar with PC, Office software and internet
  • BS degree with minimum 2 years administration related working experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
  • BS or BSEE plus 3+ years experience in computer systems and servers is required

  • Able to input data into a computer and work with a computer screen for long periods of time

  • Lift, carry, push and pull in excess of 15 pounds
