How do you restore the BMC on the X8 series motherboard back to the default setting in Linux? |

Answer |
1. Enable impi service and make sure all related packages are installed 2. ipmitool -I open raw 0x3c 0x40, or use our utility ipmicfg to restore BMC to default setting (ipmicfg -fd or ipmicfg -raw 0x3c 0x40)
