Question Can you tell me the efficiency of PWS-201-1H, at around 30W. I'd like to know the approximate efficiency of this supply when used with the X7SPA-HF motherboard. I'd like to be able to evaluate whether I should replace it with something more efficient. Answer The efficiency of PWS-201-1H is around 84% on 120Vac and 82% on 230Vac. The PWS-201-1H's internal fan will not spinning at the low loading condition like 30W. There will be no air circulation to the processor, and hence will raise the thermal concern.
