MBD-H11DSI-NT Rev 2.0 BIOS 2.0b CPU Epyc 7452 Debian OS 10 64bits. Debian kernel package 4.19.0-8-amd64, kernel version 4.19.98.
KVM PCIe Passthrough issue:
We have trouble reliably running VFIO PCI passthrough virtual machines using Linux KVM on our dual Epyc 7542 machine. The card
we are trying to pass to the virtual machines is an NVIDIA Tesla T4. The specific error is "!!!Unknown header type 7f" or
"Unknown header type 127".


Recently we have also seen the card disappear from the PCIe bus/become unresponsive a few minutes after boot even without
trying to run a VM, i.e. just looking at the card with lspci -vv

Answer
GPU thermal issue. After reinstalling GPU, the problem solved.
