If you'd like to replace your BIOS chip, first contact our RMA department (408-503-8000 ext. 8053 or 8051) to obtain an RMA number. |

Please deliver your old BIOS in a well-packaged container AND enclose with the model #, revision and the serial # of the motherboard. Be sure to print your RMA # clearly on the outside of the package or your package will be not be accepted. |

Once we receive the old BIOS, we will send you a new replacement BIOS at no charge via Federal Express (3-day shipment). Supermicro is only responsible for the shipping fee upon shipment of the replacement BIOS. |
