If your motherboard was made after 12/98 (the sticker with serial number and production date code is a good indicator) then you probably have the correct Harris Controller. 12/98 is the engineering change order date for this modification. If your motherboard is newer then 06/99 then you most likely have both the newer Harris controller installed and other required engineering changes. Please review the provided link which shows the correct part and locate. Using the current BIOS revision 3.1, and correct updates (05/99) you can use up to 1GHz 100MHz FSB speed Intel genuine Pentium III slot1 processors (Coppermine processors do not use external jumper or BIOS settings, the processors have the CPU multiplier leads hardwired inside the processor). If your motherboard does not have this controller, you can contact our RMA department for update options.
