My X9DRI-F motherboard with Xeon E5-2665 in CPU1 does not reg my add on RAID controller cards in PCI-e slots 4,5, and 6. What i need to do in BIOS setting that make them work in those slots?

Only PCI-e slots 1,2 and 3 is directly connected to CPU1 and slot 4,5 and 6 is connected to CPU2. You need to add second CPU(CPU2)in order to use PCI-e slots 4,5 and 6.
