I would like to know if IPMI can show power supply status of F617R2-R72+ fattwin server.

Yes. F617R2-R72+ has 8 nodes in total. Left 4 nodes share 2 power supply modules and right 4 nodes share the other 2 power supply modules. If left side power supply module fails, left hand side nodes IPMI will show power supply status fail. If right side power supply module fails, right hand side nodes IPMI will show power supply status fail.
