I have mother board X7SBI, i try to make RAID-1 with HDD 3TB but i don't see disks. My BIOS Revision: R 2.0b

There is no BIOS update for large 3TB hard drive support. The Intel south bridge ICH9R SATA controller only can support to 1TB hard drive.
