I was trying to install Windows 2008 server R2 on SATA RAID 1 on X10SLM-F.
After installing the Intel Repaid Storage Management utilitly, I get the
following error message:
IAStorUI has stopping working.
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.
How can I fix it?
To run Intel RSTe, you need to install Microsoft .Net Framework.
Please follow the steps below to enable the Framework on Windows 2008 Server R2.
You need to be able to access online before installing .Net Framework.
Installing/Enabling .Net Framework 3.5.1
1. Go to Server Manager
2. In the Server Manager Interface select Add Features to displays a list of possible features.
3. In the Select Features interface, expand .NET Framework 3.5.1 Features.
4. After Expanding the .NET Framework 3.5.1 Features, select NET Framework 3.5.1 and click Next.
5. In the Confirm Installation Selections interface, review the selections and then click Install.
6. Allow the installation process to complete and then click Close.
The instructions for .Net Framework 4.0 should be the same.
