I have SBE-GEN-X2C switch. How can I update the firmware? I'm not able to access the console port. Please guide me how to do it.

Answer
To access the switch console port, you must have DB9 to RJ45 connector from Supermicro. If you don’t have it, please contact RMA to provide one.
