Could you advice if motherboard X9SRW-F is compatible with chassis SC213A-R740WB?

The X9SRW-F is OK to be installed to SC213A WIO chassis. 2U passive CPU heat sink SNK-P0048PS and air shroud MCP-310-29001-0N should work for this configuration. The riser card is R2UW-4E8. An add-on RAID card is necessary to support SAS-213A backplane.
