My SuperServer SYS-7048R-C1R with integrated X10DRH-C motherboard and Intel Xeon E5-2620 V4 CPU installed keep having the following message during boot up, the locations of the memory vary depending on where they are installed.

Failing DIMM: DIMM location (Uncorrectable memory component found).

Based on the provided serial number, your motherboard was shipped with BIOS revision 1.1 and not support the Xeon E5-2620 V4. You need to update your BIOS to revision 2.0 or above for supporting V4 processors.
