From your product SPEC, X10SLV-Q with Q87 chipset should support Intel® 4th gen. Core i7/i5/i3, Pentium, Celeron processors only, does X10SLV-Q support E3-1200 v3 series CPU like E3-1246 v3? What kind of memory type should I choose?

Yes, the E3-1200 v3 series CPU was also supported by X10SLV-Q, please note that you should choose non-ECC UDIMM for this configuration.
