Question
We are facing connectivity issue with AOC-STGN-I2S card. The card is not stable and the NIC shows "no cable attached" on one port. What could be causing this?

Answer
NO cable attached error is mostly due to a bad /incompatible cable and /or transceiver.

Please ensure you are using the compatible working cable, if not try swapping the cable with one the compatibility list here:

Contact Technical Support if that does not solve the problem.
