After I install an Adaptec 3200 RAID controller on my P4DMS-6GM, onboard Intel 82550 LAN adapter doesn't work anymore under Win NT 4.0. Is it caused by resources conflict between RAID card and onboard LAN?

Because the RAID controller has a built-in bridge chip that causes BIOS to adjust the PCI bus. Therefore the onboard NIC has a different bus and since NT is not plug and play, you need to re-install its driver.
