Question
I have installed Win2k on my dual processing 440BX chipset motherboard, and the USB is not responding and shows an error in the device manager. How do I correct this?

Answer
Our dual processing 440BX chipset motherboards have the USB disabled as default setting because when this motherboard was designed, there was no MPS Operating System that supported USB. Please go into the BIOS, chipset and enable the first option.
