For SUM 2.4, can I use ‘overwrite_sdr’ but omit ‘overwrite_cfg’ when flashing X11 BMC FW?

Yes, as mentioned in SUM user guide starting from Sum 2.1, removed limitation: For ATEN BMC FW, --overwrite_sdr and --overwrite_cfg have to coexist.
