Question
We bought a Supermicro Motherboard from America and it has international warranty I presume. This motherboard is faulty/not working we cannot get it start.  We currently in Australia I would like to know if you have the supermicro authorized repair shop in Sydney to diagnose the problem and get it fix quickly. I want to know the process and guide me what I we need to do since its under warranty.

Sorry we don’t have local repair shop in Australia. If product encounter issues, our TS team will first try to identify what’s the root cause. If confirmed bad product issues then the product will be sent  back for RMA.
