I purchased the CacheVault BTR-CV3108-U1 with my server 2029U-E1CRT. Do I still need to purchase any bracket?

No, you do not need to buy extra bracket. It already comes with bracket MCP-240-000129-0N. You may contact SuperMicro tech support for installation guide.
