How come the second PCI card on the RR2U-50 doesn't work in the P4DP8-G2 motherboard?

The P4DP8-G2 doesn't support 2U riser card. There is no data routing to the onboard PCI-X slot where the riser card is plugged in. You should only use PCI cards plugged directly into the board or at best a single slot riser card on this board.
