I have a SuperServer 6022L-6 and I must install a 32-bit 33MHz 5v device on active riser card. However, it doesn't detect the add on card, what can I do?

PCI-X is backward compatible with 64-bit 66MHz or 32-bit 33MHz 3.3v devices, not 32-bit 5v device. The only solution is you should use 3.3v 33MHz PCI cards instead of 5v.
