I just brought one of your 2U chassis and it comes with a 2-slot riser card. Can I use it on other manufacturer's motherboards?

No, you have to check with the motherboard manufacturer for this functionality. Sometimes there is no extra data signal design on the motherboard, it will not be able to support riser card.
