I have your X5DEI motherboard and can not get video or error beeps when the memory is removed, what is the most common problem?

The most common problem is using a Pentium II/III power supply which does not have an 8-pin 12 volt aux connector which is required to supply power to the processors. Please use a Xeon power supply instead. The second issue we find is the processors not correctly seated in the CPU sockets. Please carefully remove and reinstall the processors.
