I have an 8042-6 and in the specification, it says "up to three USB ports" but I only see two.

Please use our cable CBL-31 with sing USB port and replace flat ribbon control cable on JF1 front panel control cable (see 8042-6 manual page 5-6) to front panel split cable and use pin 25; 27; 29; 31 to connect the USB connector.
