Is it possible to use 4-pin 12-V connector from power supply on 8-pin 12-V connector on motherboard?

Yes, if the board does not require this 4-pin then you can safely use this connector on 8-pin 12-V connector since it also supplies the same voltage, but make sure that you connect it correctly.
