After updating to the current BIOS on X5DP8-G2 and X5DE8-GG, the system no longer boots into the pre-installed Windows. What causes this problem?

Some of our BIOSes have new SCSI BIOS (ver. 4.20) patch that causes the operating system to recognize a different version of SCSI. This results in an "Inaccessible boot device" error. You should re-install or repair the OS with the appropriate driver (ver 1.3) to fix this problem.
