When I install DDR 333 memory into my P4SCA with 800MHz FSB P4, the POST screen shows it runs at DDR 320. Is this correct?

Yes this is correct. This is a chipset limitation. When installing a 800Mhz FSB P4 motherboard with DDR 333 memory, the memory bus will run at DDR 320 speed.
