I just got your new P4SCA motherboard and when I turn on the power supply, I get a strange siren sound. Is my motherboard bad?

First, you need to check and make sure you are using a CPU with 0.13 Micron Technology. Second, make sure you plug in the 4-pin 12v line. If your power doesn't have the 4-pin 12v connector then you can plug in the normal 4-pin hard disk power connector.
