I installed 4 2.4GHz Xeon into my 8052-6 Superserver. On the POST screen it only shows 4 CPU when I enable Hyper-Threading. Do I need to enable any jumpers to see 8 CPUs?

You may be using the wrong Xeon CPU. The 8052-6 only uses the Xeon MP processors. The Xeon you have is DP, which supports dual CPU processing only. When you install the Xeon MP, you will see 8 CPUs on the POST screen.
