We have your 5035B-TB Server and there is an unknown HD audio device showing up in the Hardware Device Manager. I have loaded all chip set and audio drivers from your FTP site. How can we resolve this?

Answer
This is caused by an ATI video card with HD. You can go to MS Windows updates to resolve this.
