We are installing the X8SAX in a tower chassis. We ordered the Super Micro SNK-P0035AP4 which is recommended for this motherboard. The plate is not matching up to the CPU socket. What is the solution?

You can order an optional heat-sink bracket for this type of CPU socket, part # BKT-0023L.
