Please advise us on how to connect a M28E1 to a SAS controller with SFF8087 connector ( such as ARECA ARC 1680 ) and what are the additional cables we need to order?

It comes with one CBL-0103L and one CBL-0116L cable. Depending on the type of connector on your RAID card you can use matching cable, in this case you have SFF8087 so you can use CBL-0116L. Using one cable will be enough.
