Question
We have a problem with ACPI System power state unknown (power control via IPMI error) in IPMIView. The system can't be power on/off/reset by IPMI remote.

The MB is X7SBU with BIOS 1.2a and IPMI SIMSO+ Firmware 1.59, is there any solution?

The ACPI unknown issue is corrected with IPMI firmware 1.59.12. Please update the IPMI firmware to 1.59.12 or higher to resolve the issue.
