What is port fail over?

Redundancy between two ports of the same RAID card is defined as port fail over. It requires Firmware, Driver and the management tools to work. It works only w/ E2. It requires SAS HDDs. It operates in the following manner:
1. Plug both ports to E2
2. Create one lun
3. Start stress testing the lun
4. Remove cable from one port and data starts flowing from the other port w/o interruption
5. Plug the cable back in and data still flows w/o interruption
