I have a 5015M-T+B server with the PDSMi+ mother board. The counter-rotating fans in this chassis (SC811T-300) make too much noise. We have other servers that use the SC811T-260B chassis with blower fans that have acceptable noise levels. What can we do to change the three counter-rotating fans to two blower fans?

Answer
Both chassis spec with different fans specification support. The SC811T-300 chassis use (3) 4cm fans. The SC811T chassis use (2) 10cm fan blower. They are not exchangeable.
