Are you aware of Remote Supervisor Adapter? Does SuperMicro boards support this feature?

Remote Supervisor Adapter is an IBM adapter card, which basically provides similar features as our SIM-IPMI cards:

So all the boards which support SIM-IPMI cards can do pretty much do the same. Although there are some additional features provided by it, please refer to link above for more details.
