What is the difference between your RSC-R2U-A3E8+ and RSC-R2UE-A3E8 raiser cards?

The RSC-R2U-A3E8+ support PCI-e Gen 2, when using PCI-E Gen 2 add-on cards you need to use RSC-R2U-A3E8+. If using Gen 1 add on cards either will work fine.
