The Supermicro X9SAE Users' Manual Revision 1.0 page 4-16 shows
that the Advanced tab of the BIOS setup screen should contain
the following two items:
- Trusted Computing Configuration
- Intel TXT(LT) Configuration
Both of these are missing in my BIOS, even though my processor
(Xeon E3-1245 V2) supports Intel Trusted Execution Technology.
“Trusted Computing Configuration” option is a hidden feature of the BIOS. It will only appear in the setup when system boot with TPM security card plugged into the header on the board. “Intel TXT (LT) configuration” lies within trusted computing configuration.
