I just purchased Supermicro motherboard X10SLM+-F and G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ memory, but the system did not POST. Do i have bad motherboard or memory? Can you help?

X10SLM+-F motherboard only supports DDR3 ECC Un-Buffered memory (UDIMM). G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ is DDR3 Non-ECC Un-Buffered memory and is not supported by X10SLM+-F motherboard. Please use correct type memory and try again.
