Question
I have LSI 2208 controller always popping up with "F/W in Fault State" or "Failed to get CpController object". Then, I am unable to get into LSI controller for RAID configuration. What can I do for this?

This error may cause by improper LSI firmware update during operation. Please contact with your technical support team for full LSI package for updating (production version) or submit RMA for repairing.
