We have a 6047R-E136N System. And we do not use the Intel Controllers on Board, but use the LSI 2108 controler shiped with the system. How can I do a UEFI OS installation on our 4TB drives?

The LSI 2108 controller does not support UEFI. The only two options you have are either to use a LSI 2208 add-on controller or to make a 2TB partition for your OS installation.
