I have X9SCM-iiF and I found I cannot overwrite the "manufacturer name" in DMI table "system information" and "baseboard information" portions.

Is there a tool to revise the manufacturer name?

Field "manufacturer name" can only be writen once. Since this field had been filled out with our company name, you will not be able to revise it. This FAQ applies to all models support UEFI including X9 and X10 series motherboards.
