I am trying to configure the hard disks attached to fat twin motherboard X9DRFR onboard SATA connectors to Intel RAID volumes. Is there a user manual about how I can configure it or monitor it in linux/RHEL6.2?

You can use mdadm to configure and monitor the RAID volumes in linux. there is intel rste manual for linux can be found at the link
