Trying to install a AOC-SO-ZCR1 rev 3.00 card into a known good, running, 6012P-8 server to add RAID capability to server. I set the card to Jumper J2 to enable SCSI support. The POST does not show the Adaptec Bios. It then reports "BIOS Not Loaded" and hangs. I cannot get into the Adaptec screen (Ctrl-A) or into Setup (delete) with the card installed.

Please turn on the server for about 1 ~ 2 minutes and then reboot the server to resolve this issue. It is because the default firmware for this card is SAS but when you set the jumper to SCSI then the motherboard needs some time to re-scan the card and set the default firmware as SCSI firmware.
If not, remove the AOC card, see if it gives RAID BIOS with onboard Adaptec controller properly.
