For X10DAi, BIOS 2.0 - CPU Configuration >> Advanced Power Management Configuration >> Energy Performance Tuning (enable/disable). This setting gives control of performance tuning to the CPU or the OS. In order to give control to the CPU, should this be enabled or disabled?

This feature is neither controlled by CPU nor OS. Whether you enable or disable, CPU doesn’t control this option.

If you enable this feature, the BIOS will balance both performance or energy. If you disable this feature, you can have the option to boost CPU performance by providing more power to CPU.
